As an administrator, you can manage users within your organization to control access and maintain security.
Inviting New Users
Invite new users to your organization by sending them a secure invitation link. Users from the same organizational domain can be added to collaborate on assessments and access shared resources.
Role Assignment
Assign and modify user roles to control access levels. Available roles include Admin (full access), Manager (team oversight), Analyst (conduct assessments), and Viewer (read-only access). Each role has carefully defined permissions appropriate to their responsibilities.
User Removal
Remove users from the organization when they leave your company or no longer require access. The system maintains records of their previous activities for audit purposes.
Access these features from Settings > Users to manage your team effectively.
Your regulatory perimeter is the set of frameworks your institution is held to. RiskShield AI uses it to decide which controls are in scope for your assessments and findings.
Initial Setup
During onboarding you answer a few questions about your institution, and RiskShield AI recommends the frameworks that apply. You confirm or adjust the list before continuing.
Updating Your Frameworks
Add or remove frameworks at any time as your obligations change. New assessments use the updated scope.
Manage your frameworks from the My Organization page.
RiskShield AI keeps you informed by email and in the app, so important events don't get missed.
Email Notifications
Receive emails for assessment completions, vendor submissions, policy approvals, and other events that need your attention.
In-App Alerts
The bell icon in the top navigation and your Inbox collect alerts and follow-ups while you work in the platform.
Manage your email preferences from the Settings page.
